This website was developed as part of a student project at the University of Toulon. It presents a fictional sneaker brand named Tamalpais, inspired by the artistic universe of poet and painter Etel Adnan.

The offer and sale of products on our website www.tamalpaisshoes.com are governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
These Terms may be updated, particularly in light of regulatory changes. Any modifications take effect upon publication on www.tamalpaisshoes.com
Article 2: Order Confirmation
The contract is deemed concluded once www.tamalpaisshoes.com receives, electronically, your order confirmation after verifying the accuracy of the provided information.
By confirming your order, you acknowledge having read and accepted these Terms without reservation. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from placing an order on www.tamalpaisshoes.com.
Article 3: Order Validation
The data recorded by www.tamalpaisshoes.com constitutes proof of all transactions between Tamalpais and its customers. Payment data constitutes proof of financial transactions.
Article 4: Availability
Product offers are valid while stocks last. Ensure the accuracy of your personal details (name, address, phone number) and verify each item (size, color, quantity) before confirming your order.
Items marked “Sold Out” are no longer available for purchase. If the item becomes available again, you may be notified by email upon request.
Article 5: Prices
Prices are listed in Euros including all taxes. They may also be displayed in other currencies (USD, GBP, etc.) based on conversion rates.
For orders outside mainland France, you are considered the importer. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are your responsibility. www.tamalpaisshoes.com cannot be held responsible for them.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of your order confirmation.
Article 6: Payment
All payments are made in Euros including taxes, with the applicable VAT rate for France. Additional information may be requested to secure your payment.
Payments are processed via Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Article 7: Shipping & Returns
We offer several delivery options. In France, UPS delivers within 48 to 72 hours. Free shipping is offered for orders over €250. International express shipping via DHL is also available (delivery times vary by destination).
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item. Return requests must be made through our online return portal. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items must be returned in their original condition. Damaged or incomplete products will not be accepted.
