Etel Adnan (1925–2021) was a Lebanese-American poet and painter whose work bridged cultures, languages, and artistic forms. Known for her vivid abstract landscapes and powerful writings on identity, nature, and exile, she saw beauty as a form of resistance.
Her painted visions of Mount Tamalpais in California, bold, colorful, and deeply intuitive, resonated with a quiet strength that transcends borders.
